I have an appointment. How do I pick up my order?

It's very simple! Just show up at our distribution center at 1200 Michèle-Bohec boul. in Blainville a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. Follow the signs to Zone B. Park your vehicle in the parking space allocated to you. You'll find the information in your appointment confirmation e-mail. For full details, it's here.

Where can I find my order number?

For an online order, you will find the information on the confirmation page after completing your order or in your confirmation e-mail that will be sent to you. For in-store transactions, your order number is at the top of the invoice, beginning with CO.

Can I arrive before my appointment time?

No, it is not possible to arrive before your scheduled appointment time. We ask you to respect your scheduled appointment time so that we can offer you the best and fastest service. You always have the option of changing your appointment time via the link in the appointment email if the time you have chosen is no longer convenient according to remaining availability.

The time slot I want is not available. What do I do?

If the time slot you have requested is not available, unfortunately all the available slots have already been taken by other customers. You must therefore select another time slot to pick up your order.
