Curbside contact-free pickups can only be done with a scheduled appointment.
Once your order has been processed and items have been received at the store, a representative will contact you to schedule a specific date and time for you to pick up your order. Appointments can only be scheduled on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, between 10am and 6pm.
Take note there will be no contact with our staff: this means you will need to be able to put the merchandise in your car without our usual help. No after-sale service, transaction or shopping is allowed before the official reopening of the store.
In order to protect our staff and our clients, we ask that you follow the measures listed below when visiting our store:
Sanitize your hands when entering the store;
Maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters (6 ft) with our staff as well as other customers;
Refrain from touching the display products and accessories, unless necessary;
Respect the pictograms on the ground;
Favour using a card for payment instead of cash.
As per health officials guidelines, we will be limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one time. We also encourage wearing a mask when visiting. We thank you for your patience and your collaboration.
